Paper Prints

Worldwide

Postage is FREE within Australia! 

Your order will be printed and posted within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Prints are posted via regular Australia Post. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days of your order being posted, with some rural areas taking a little longer.

International customers have a flat rate of $25. This includes tracking. Orders take on average 10-15 business days, with some rural areas taking a little longer.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP UP TO DATE WITH YOUR OWN DELIVERY.

 

Framed Prints (Australian customers only)

Framed prints also include free shipping with a tracking number.

All framed art is made to order, just for you! It's produced and manufactured right here in Australia, so please allow 3-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive.

Delays in shipping for framed prints are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within the 3-4 week time frame, but due to some circumstances and courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay.

Returns Policy 

If your order has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24hrs of delivery so we can organise a replacement. 

If an order has been returned to our studio after attempted delivery and no follow up with the courier on your behalf, you will incur a re-delivery fee.

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or you have chosen the incorrect size. Our products are made to order, so please choose carefully and make sure you are happy with your choice of design and size before purchasing.
